Try It Before You License It
At Entourage Arts, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. That is why we make fully functional demonstration versions of our software and content types available for you to test-drive free of charge. By using our products and getting a sense of their usefulness and limitations before you license them, we believe that you are in the best position to make the right choice.
Returns
Because Entourage Arts makes it possible for you to test-drive our products, once the physical packaging seal has been broken or the product has been downloaded, no product may be returned. However, prior to opening the package or prior to downloading, any product may be returned for a full refund or exchange less shipping and handling charges. Handling Charges are currently US$2.00 plus 4% of order total as charged by the credit card processor. Before attempting to return any Entourage Arts product, a return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of receiving your order as detailed above.

Return Policy Piranesi Products
Product returned unused and intact within 14 days of receipt of purchase together with proof of purchase is eligible for an unconditional full money-back guarantee. Shipping charges are non refundable and return shipping charges will not be covered by Entourage Arts. Please contact us for RMA as detailed above.

In the unlikely case of defective product, please e-mail for RMA. Our technical department will work with you to ensure that all measures have been taken to make the product work as expected. If return is still necessary, upon receipt at Entourage Arts, product will be examined and will be replaced at no charge, shipping prepaid, if found to be defective. Customer will be reimbursed for shipping charges incurred for return of defective product only. Customer will be notified if the returned opened product is found not to be defective and, with approval, it will be shipped back to customer at his/her expense.
